Suitable for people looking to get fitter and healthier with a low base level of cycling fitness. 

Improver Plan

IDEAL FOR CYCLISTS LOOKING TO START STRUCTURED TRAINING

Training plan designed so that in 12 weeks you will be able to complete a 100km ride.

Suitable for people who have a decent level of cycling fitness and who have a common goal of riding a 100km.

Foundation Plan 

IDEAL FOR INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED RIDERS LOOKING TO BUILD FITNESS 

A 12 week training plan for riders looking to build a base level of fitness and who can complete a 60 mile ride.

Suitable for experienced riders looking to build a fitness level during the winter, in advance of the cycling season. 

Intermediate Training

IDEAL FOR PROFICIENT CYCLISTS

A 12 week training plan to follow on from the foundation plan, ideal for cyclists with a particular event or goal they want to achieve.
