We are delighted to announce that we will be organising the 2012 HAIRraising challenge on behalf of John Frieda and the hairdressing industry this year, in aid of Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity.
This year's challenge, set over the May 2012 bank holiday weekend, will be held on the stunning sun kissed island of Ibiza.
Fly out to Ibiza on Friday 4th May and we will pick you up and take you to our hotel in Santa Eulalia, just 10 minutes from Ibiza old town. Relax in the town, soak up the atmosphere and get ready to start pedalling the next day. We will arrange your bike hire from our hotel.
The cycling begins on Saturday and we have 2 routes that day, with differing levels of difficulty. Both routes see us cycle out and south, hugging the beautiful southern coastline before heading back up the west coast towards San Antonio. The following day again offers two routes and sees us head in the exact opposite direction so as to ride the northern coast. By the time the ride has finished, you can claim to have ridden your entire way around Ibiza.

Both days have a medium route or an advanced route. The medium route will be approximately 50-60km per day and will incorporate some off road cycling whilst the advanced route will be 70-80km per day but will take place on road.
With views for miles, the cycling in Ibiza is spectacular and we will make sure that your the pain you will put your legs through on behalf of this great cause, will be rewarded with incredible views, good food and fantastic company. We finish off on Sunday with a big party at the world famous Pascha before heading home on Monday.
