Merchandising Returns Policy

1. WHAT TO DO IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE COLOUR OR FIT
1.1 We have taken every care to ensure that descriptions and specifications of Love Velo products are correct. 
1.2 Colours shown on the website are a close representation but slight variations in the actual product colours may occur.
1.3 If you are not happy with the colour or sizing of any of our products please return them to us at Unit 1, 48A Marsh Lane, London NW7 4QH within 14 days of purchase and we will be happy to exchange the item or issue you a full refund providing the item is in saleable condition (unwashed and unworn).

2. WHAT TO DO IF THE ITEM IS FAULTY
2.1 We believe in the highest quality and stand by all the products we make. If in the unlikely event the item is faulty, please return it to us stating what the fault is. Items with manufacturing defects will be replaced, repaired, or refunded at the discretion of Love Velo.
2.2 Goods are considered faulty if they are damaged as new, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 90 days of purchase. The Love Velo returns and products team will determine whether or not the product has suffered a manufacturing fault. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of abnormal usage are not considered to be faulty.
3. WHO PAYS THE RETUN POSTAGE
3.1 If you return something due to it not fitting or being suitable, you will need to pay the postage costs to return it to us.

3.3 We recommend you use recorded delivery or registered post to return items so as to cover yourself against loss.

4. REFUNDS
Refunds will be put back on to the card used to pay for the original order.

5. MISCELLANEOUS
5.1 Love Velo prices are in £ sterling and include VAT at the prevailing rate.
5.2 Local import duties may be payable on orders from overseas.
